Graham Weston is one of the founders of Rackspace and has served as CEO (on two occasions) and chairman of the board. Graham is drawn to big, transformative ideas. It’s the reason he helped found Rackspace, Geekdom, and the 80/20 foundation. He is passionate about issues of entrepreneurship; specifically, how cities can build and maintain fertile environments for young entrepreneurs to learn the skills they need to create the next wave of innovation.
Stephanie Scheller took the business world by storm. After three years in Corporate America, she ramped up her sales training and coaching business in only four and a half months to completely replace her corporate income and walked away to run Scheller Enterprises, a company focused on disrupting the way the world goes into and stays in business.

Previously, as Vice President of Sales at Rackspace, Amar successfully helped evolve the company’s sales model, strategy, and execution. Most recently he had served as global sales leader of the of Rackspace’s Managed Amazon Web Services (AWS) practice. Additionally, Amar successfully led sales teams focused on North America and Europe. He is known for pushing the boundaries to help him and his sales teams glean industry insights so they can help growing businesses compete.
